PHC is part of the social fabric of our community.  You might see us at the Fall Fair where we sponsor the Dog Show, or you might participate in the Spirit Feast.  Reducing social isolation, building individual skills and resilience is one of the social determinants of health our Board is passionate about.  Mental health doesn't happen, it has to be learned and developed.  Our partnerships with others are often directed towards creating these kind of opportunities so that Gabriola remains a vibrant and inclusive community.
